Sit with Kaira via Zoom or by phone for 30 minutes to learn how to meditate. Even those who have racing minds or think they could never meditate, when trained, can do it and you can too! Mindfulness shows us how to live more peacefully with nonjudgmental awareness. This allows thoughts to come and go while your attention in on a sensation. Thought are allowed to come and go, as are feelings. It's the greater backdrop, or that which is already here that we overlook which comes to the forefront. It's not about getting rid of the mental chatter, it's that the silence or vastness becomes louder.
